We can help you in every step of the buying process.
Buyers can be added to our database to find businesses with requested parameters. We will work with the Seller to insure all of your questions get answered. After finding the right business, we will guide you through the LOI process and use our network of nationwide lenders to assist with financing.
If you have located a business and are looking for help in valuing the business or help in negotiating a price, we will be very beneficial. We offer a “Brokers Opinion of Selling Price” that will include a comp report and a one hour phone call for $500. We also offer hourly consulting if you would like help negotiating a selling price.
